AICECS 2021 invites full-length original research contributions from science, engineering professionals from industries, R&D organizations, academic institutions, government departments, and research scholars from across the world. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. Full-length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding twelve pages as per the IOP single-column format shall be submitted. The IOP manuscript template both in Microsoft office word and Latex is available on the IOP website. Alternatively, it can be downloaded from the link (https://publishingsupport.iopscience.iop.org/author-guidelines-for-conference-proceedings/). The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not under review in any of them. All the submitted manuscripts initially will be screened by plagiarism detection software Turnitin. Only, the paper that passes the accepted limit of similarity index will be forwarded for review. The accepted similarity percentage for this conference is 20% (including references/bibliography and all other sources. The paper has to be checked for similarity index with word count less than 3 in the setting). If any paper found to have a high similarity index than the accepted limit mentioned above will be outright rejected without sending it out for review. Also, if at any stage during or after publication the paper is found to be plagiarized it will be retracted immediately. Further, the manuscript should contain the name of the corresponding author with e-mail id and affiliation of all authors. Soft copy of the full-length manuscripts (.pdf) shall be submitted through easy chair (link is given in submission section). All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for peer review and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome of the review process. If reviewers recommended further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within fifteen days on the date of notification.

Publications: The accepted and registered papers of AICECS 2021 will be published in the IOP: Journal of Physics(a conference proceedings journal) (subject to further quality check from the publisher) which is indexed in CPCI – Web of Science (Thomson Reuters), SCOPUS, Inspec, International Nuclear Information System (INIS), NASA – ADS, Chemical Abstracts, Polymer Library, etc..
